About The Faculty : Noel Savage serves as the Faculty Advisor at Project United, Enactus Fleming College. Inspired by the dedication and drive of the Enactus Fleming team, Noel has actively contributed to their mission of making a positive impact. During the quarantine period, he taught online courses in the Global Business Management program at Fleming College while concurrently pursuing a Graduate degree at the University of Guelph. Noel's commitment to education and his involvement with Project United showcase his passion for making a difference and fostering positive change.
Albert Mastromartino:
Principal, Mastromartino & Co. Inc. - Management Consulting
About the faculty: Albert Mastromartino is the Principal of Mastromartino & Co. Inc., a Toronto-based management consulting firm, with 35 years of experience. Concurrently, he's been a Professor at Fleming College School of Business for over 22 years. His diverse background includes a leadership role at the Nissan Canada Foundation and contributions to the Canadian Hearing Society. Albert has also served on the HARP Commission at Ontario Health. His expertise spans revenue generation, digital marketing, creative marketing, communication, and brand development.
Brent Woodford:
About the faculty: Brent Woodford is a retired professional currently working as a Contract Professor at Sir Sanford Fleming College in Peterborough, Ontario, since September 2017. With a six-year teaching tenure, he brings a wealth of experience from leadership roles in healthcare, including Director of Corporate Services at Peterborough County-City Health Unit and Vice President at North Bay General Hospital. Brent also served as Executive Director at Community Addictions and Mental Health for six years.
Amanda Robinson:
About the faculty: Amanda is a seasoned E-Learning Architect, Curriculum Developer, and Instructional Designer with over 15 years of expertise. Her focus is on creating engaging, accessible, and effective online learning solutions. Currently collaborating with the Indigenous Primary Healthcare Council, she aligns e-Learning courses with their vision. Beyond her role in post-secondary education, Amanda extends her skills to support other organizations and individuals in e-learning development, instructional design, content creation, and communication. Holding a Master of Arts, a Certificate in University Teaching, and a Certificate in Universal Design for Learning (UDL), Amanda is dedicated to crafting inclusive and learner-centered digital environments to help students and educators reach their full potential.
Raymond Yip Choy:
About the faculty: Raymond Yip Choy is a Professor at Fleming College and Trent University. He is an experienced strategist specializing in brand building, consumer behavior, and project management. A skilled team worker and corporate coach, Raymond is also passionate about education, contributing to college curriculum development. His expertise includes strategic planning, consumer goods packaging, and creativity and innovation training.
